Returns
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong product
- The item has a manufacturing defect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photographs of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Items marked as final sale
